Make Up Review:Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain (Make Up Review)

I'm a Maybeline user for almost 3 years now and I felt I needed a change. Every day as I walk to work, Revlon's ad featuring the gorgeous Emma Stone never fails to catch my attention, d*mn she's truly an effective endorser.
Unplanned, I bought some Revlon products at Personal Care Exchange at Greenbelt 4. I'm a sucker for sale and good deals. There was a special offer for their Colorburst Collection. If you buy either Lacquer Balm or Matte Balm at its original price of 575 pesos, you may purchase Balm Stain for only 100 pesos instead of 575 pesos. Yay! So I bought Matte Balm Shade 210 and got Balm Stain 030 (Smitten Eprise) for 675 pesos.

I bought it at PCX at 2nd Floor Greenbelt 4. There was a special offer for their Colorburst Collection. If you buy either Lacquer Balm or Matte Balm at its original price of 575 pesos, you may purchase Balm Stain for only 100 pesos instead of 575 pesos.
I did some research, the reason why Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain is on sale is because Revlon is in the process of phasing out the old name (Just Bitten Kissable) and renaming it as Colorburst Balm Stains.
When I was looking for a new shade of lip balm, I opted to change my usual pinkish shade to a darker shade. So I chose Smitten Eprise 030.
It was love at first sight and feel I must say. It is easy to apply due to its retractable lip crayon feature (no sharpening needed). The first thing I noticed after I applied it is its cooling sensation and minty smell. It applies very smoothly but your lips can be dry after sometime. As per my experience, my lips became dry, but not chapped or flaky. It has long staying power (effects may vary depends on the user) so wearing it off maybe difficult. In my experience, it lasts for almost 5 hours and even after eating, the color fades a little but the color still stays.
Overall, I rate it as 9 out of 10. I only use it twice a day which is nice. The shade really suits my complexion, though I hope it doesn't dry my lips. I really love it still. I highly recommend this for those busy ladies who does not have ample time to retouch.
